If you are staying within the town of Rhinebeck, a car is not necessary. The village is very walkable, and both the Welcome Party and After Party are within walking distance of the local hotels. We will also provide a shuttles for the wedding ceremony and reception. However, if you choose to stay outside of town or plan to explore the wider Hudson Valley, we recommend a rental car, as rideshare services and local cabs are limited.
We highly recommend using our guest shuttles, as rideshares can be difficult to secure in this area. If you prefer to drive, the venue address is listed on the schedule page — please allow extra time for traffic to ensure arrival by 4:00 PM.
The shuttles will pick up from Mirbeau at 3:15 PM and the Beekman Arms - Delamater Inn at 3:30 PM. A full schedule is available on our Transportation page.
Return shuttles will depart Milea at 11:00 PM. Drop-offs will include the afterparty location, Mirbeau, and the Beekman-Delamater. A full schedule is available on our Transportation page
The afterparty is located within a short, easy walking distance of both the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn and the Mirbeau Inn & Spa.
We recommend you stay in one of the two hotels in Rhinebeck - Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn or Mirbeau To be close to the festivities, we recommend staying at one of Rhinebeck’s two main hotels: The Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn or the Mirbeau Inn & Spa.Inn & Spa.
The Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn features several historic buildings, each offering a unique charm and character. Most rooms in our wedding block are clustered in the same area. You can view detailed descriptions of each building on their accommodations page and see the specific rooms available in our block on thereservation portal.
We do not have a formal block at Mirbeau, but that is where we will be staying for the weekend — we would love for you to join us there!
The block at the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn will be held until July 27.
We have reserved a generous block of rooms at the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn. If you miss the booking deadline or prefer a different setting, we recommend local bed and breakfasts such as The Gables of Rhinebeck, The Baker House, or The Veranda House.
We recommend enjoying dinner in town before joining us. We’ll be serving light hors d'oeuvres and desserts alongside an open bar to kick off the weekend!
Cocktail Attire.
Please plan to arrive promptly by 4:00 PM. To ensure an intimate and uninterrupted ceremony, the venue driveway will close to all incoming traffic at 4:10 PM.
The venue's driveway is positioned within view of the ceremony site. To minimize noise and distractions during our vows, we are limiting vehicle access for the duration of the ceremony.
We highly encourage everyone to account for Hudson Valley traffic and aim for 4:00 PM. If you arrive after the gates close at 4:10 PM, please wait at the entrance; the driveway will reopen for entry immediately following the conclusion of the ceremony.
Yes, there is ample parking on-site. If you plan to drive, please ensure you arrive before the 4:10 PM driveway closure to avoid missing the ceremony.
Please specify any allergies or dietary needs on your RSVP or reach out to us directly so we can accommodate you.
The wedding will be Formal Attire. For men, this includes dark suits with ties or tuxedos. For women, we recommend floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will take place on a covered patio, followed by an indoor reception.
You are welcome to enjoy a glass of wine at the vineyard tasting room while you wait. The ceremony seating area will open at 3:30 PM.
Late August in the Hudson Valley is typically warm and beautiful. We anticipate daytime temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s, cooling off slightly after sunset. We are keeping our fingers crossed for clear skies!
Due to space limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation and RSVP form. Thank you for understanding!
Please kindly respond by July 27.
While we love your little ones, our venue is a small vineyard with limited capacity. We have chosen to host an adults-only celebration.
